Our chef, Marcus, spent three years in Argentina learning open-flame techniques before coming here. He doesn't mess around with gas grills or electric nonsense. We've got a custom-built hardwood grill that burns at temperatures most kitchens can't even dream of. That char you get on our 28-day aged ribeye? You can't fake that with a pan.

Every morning he's out there selecting wood - maple for fish, cherry for pork, oak for beef. The menu changes based on what's burning best that day. It's not fancy for the sake of fancy. It's just honest food done the right way.

We've got six private fire pits scattered around the property - each one's got its own vibe. The cliffside spot overlooks the harbor and catches the sunset just right. The garden pit sits under this massive cedar that's gotta be 200 years old. People book these spaces for everything from quiet evenings with wine to full-on s'mores sessions with their kids.

Our concierge team can set you up with whatever you need - premium BC wines, craft beers from down the street, or the good stuff from our cocktail menu. We'll bring out blankets when it gets chilly, and yeah, we've got the marshmallow setup if you want it. No judgment here.
